q4)Based on questions 1 and 3, by what factor does binning reduce the number of comparisons? kindly help me how to do this

Assuming you have understood the 1 and 3 questions. So in the first question you have 190 comparisons and 3 rd you have 10 comparisons. factor of reduction of comparisons is 190/10 = 19. So the comparisons reduced by a factor of 19.
