Practice Assignment 2 - Q3

In the Practice assignment-2 Q3. The answer says there is no mistake. 

Have doubt in this; since there are 3 Students with the same marks in Physics which is 92. Don't we need a Second Condition for checking Equality between marks and Entering the DoBs of all?

Not sure this understanding is correct or not. Can anyone help clear this.

It will store the first occurrence of student and skip the rest.
So, there is no mistake. 

It is about finding physics topper 'student' and not 'students'.
