The answer given in the assignment is correct. B equal to 10 is the correct answer and not 11 as you claim. Yellow is an adjective here and not a noun. Check the part of speech.

Ok. I was under the impression that Yellow was mentioned as Noun in given dataset. But anyways, thanks for clarification.
