Dear All,

The learner-centricity is the new educational trend of modern pedagogy. The following trends are observed after the recent pandemic.
1. A Shift to Online Lifelong Learning
2. A Shift to Shorter, Modular Programs
3. A Shift to Blended Learning on Campus
4. A Shift to Human Skills in Corporate Learning
With the rapid pace of technology like Artificial intelligence and automation, the requirement of skill sets is continuously changing in a very fast pace. Offering a meaningful, transformative opportunities to learners is the key to success and the need of present time. This is well reflected in MOOCs on different platforms. The discussion about new trends of MOOCs to make it more learner-centric is welcomed.

Dear Ravi Shankar,

In this digital world, we need to equip ourselves to face the Z generation and also keeping in mind of the NEP 2020, the shift of teacher centric to learner centric is essential. Nowadays everything is available in the palm of the leaners, so the teachers need to be a facilitator for learners to learn. Thank you for sharing the reference.

Dear RAVI SHANKAR PRASAD  ji and sudha  ji

First of all thankyou for sharing the reference.  Learning and acquiring sufficient skills necessary for promoting the growth, we are living in a world where this knowledge is advancing at much faster rate and it is evident from the observed reduction in time spans between successive curriculum revisions by the university.  So learners requires faster knowledge assimilation and I feel that we, teachers need to develop a more inclusive strategic approach to teaching-learning process.

With regards

Jyothi Sankar P R
