LCM or Learner-Centric MOOC is designed to actively engage the learner's to the courses they enroll in. It helps in making the online course effective in terms of concept dissemination and attainment that in turn motivates the learner's as well as the course instructors. More people enroll and get actual benefits for the time and resources they put in the course. It reduces the number of dropouts. LeDs, LxTs, LbDs, discussion forum, reflection spots, quizzes, constructive and customized feedback help enrich the learning experience of an online course.
