How can this not be an Interval scale? 
It has no absolute zero
It has uniform differences
Pls explain sir

datatype is interval scale only if the measures in the scale have a common interval between each other.  Thus, on a rating scale of 1-5, the interval between each measure is 1.

However, in this case, the readings don't have a common interval.  

30-45 and 45-60 seem to have, but the other two don't have a lower/upper limit respectively.  In addition, 30-45 and 45-60 scales are ambigous, since 45 can fall into either.

Hello,
Anand your answer is correct, adding to that we cannot perform addition, subtraction operations on less than 30, 30- 45, 45-60,  and >60. So, it is a categorical variable and since it has an order it has an ordinal scale of measurement
