Can any one Derive how to get the answer.

A cab driver got the rating as feedback from 20 customers on a given day which are as follows:

7 9 8 xx 6 9 7 5 9 10 7 8 9 8 8 7 10 6 6 9
1 point
If the relative frequency of rating 7 is 0.25, then what is the value of xx?

Here you have got as below and we do not know where to place x.
Total frequency is 20.

ratings       frequency       relative frequency
  5                  1
  6                  3
  7                  4                     0.25
  8                  4
  9                  5
 10                 2

Relative frequency for 7 is given as 0.25
we know Relative Frequency = Frequency/Total Frequency

0.25 = F/20
F = 20 x 0.25
F = 5
We have got 4 as frequency for 7 so the value of x is 7
