not able to login

hello mam/sir,

iam not able to login into the portal.is it because i did not qualify into getting hall ticket but this is not possible i scored on average more than 40% why am i not able to login.i tried all the vpn steps none of them is working.please help me out in this regard.

Try with mobile data or VPN I am having same issue.
