DOUBT REGARDING ANSWERING MOCK TEST QUESTIONS

For many questions in the mock tests have multiple answers even though it is not mentioned that it is multiple choice quetion , are we suposed to answer all the correct answers or  one correct answer is fine?

For multiple select questions in mock test, it is mentioned in the question that it is MSQ

I don't know whether you have noticed it or not but for the multi-select questions, the options have a square box, unlike the single-select questions.
