I just saw (7 AM) a flock of 60 trumpeter swans most definitely flying north.  Maybe another big movement this morning?

Best,

I’ve frequently seen Long-tailed Ducks from the Taylor St. Walkway. This looks like one.

There appears to be a female long-tail duck down near Taylor dock. Can anyone else confirm? Terrible cell phone picture taken though binoculars attached.

Not much came of it on Alabama Hill. A couple of smaller flocks before 9 am for a total 97 swans. Jb

Maybe we should watch for that Whooper Swan that has been in Snohomish County. I didn’t see it reported on ebird today, so maybe it’s working its way north.

The Whooper Swan is thought to have been seen in the Vancouver, BC area a few days ago.
