Samish Flats - hawk of some sort

 Hawk drying wing - not sure which hawk it is, all dark belly. These two were hanging near each other in separate trees.

The bird with its wing spread is a young Bald Eagle. Look at the size of that bill.

The bird lower left looks like a Red-tailed Hawk.
