Lost female long-tail duck?

There appears to be a female long-tail duck down near Taylor dock. Can anyone else confirm? Terrible cell phone picture taken though binoculars attached.

I’ve frequently seen Long-tailed Ducks from the Taylor St. Walkway. This looks like one.

Just saw (7 AM) a flock of 60 trumpeter swans flying north.  Might be another big movement of swans this morning?
