Chirp,

Its not unusual to see an occasional WTSP in my yard, but this one is earlier than usual. It was seen in the morning darkness on Tuesday, 10-12-21.
I have not seen it since. Probably just passing through. Later in the season I will likely have some that hang around.

In addition, some photos from a recent trip to the Oregon coast can be viewed on my Flickr page. It was not super birdy, but we did see some Snowy Plovers. Always a joy to see.

Hi all, I was out late last night since it was such a pretty evening and I heard what I hope was a bird call.  It sounded like one of those "clickers" I had when I was a kid - about 50 years ago.  You held them in one had and squeezed: clack-clack.  It was slow but together.  A few seconds passed then again.  Nothing else.  No kids sounds at all and it was pretty late.

Appreciate comments if anyone recognizes this.  So hard at night as I can't see anything, however it's quiet enough to hear.
