Mental Health Benefits of Birdwatching - Student Survey

Hi, a group of my students in my Fairhaven College Field Ornithology class have been intrigued by the recent research on mental health benefits of birdwatching and has created a survey that they are asking folks to take before and after birdwatching. The questions are not sensitive or invasive in nature and can be answered quickly.
