Tree Swallow?

We live in Edgemoor and suddenly are seeing lots of these guys.


Will they be nesting? Do they nest in boxes?

Looks like a violet-green swallow to me. I live in Edgemoor too and the violet-greens are the most numerous swallow at my house.  I haven’t been able to see where they nest yet though.

Looks like a Violet-green Swallow. The eye is surrounded by white. And yes, they use nest boxes.

After a closer look I see a Violet-green as well. I make special nesting boxes for VGSWs, too! 👍
