National Grid helicopter to patrol
B154N and C155N transmission lines.
Beginning this week, National Grid will perform a visual patrol of our B154N and C155N transmission lines, which run approximately 44 miles from Salem to Ward Hill. This work is expected to take
approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. The helicopter being used is a Gray MD500 Tail # N735CB. Tail markings/colors and maps of the lines are depicted below:
