I thought it might be useful to share information on the process for creating the directory entries that were suggested for us in the Identity and Marketing section of the 'Looking after Archives' presentation.
So far I have only tried the Norfolk Community Directory and it seems a little cumbersome. I initially had to create a user login and wait for approval, before creating an organisation and again waiting for approval. I think as a next step I have to link a 'service' to the organisation, because it is the services that ares searched for by directory users. Once again I have created a service, but so far 10 days later I am still awaiting approval.
Has anyone else managed to register with this directory? and am I following the correct process?
