Monday Morning C Ride report

C group rode ~ 38 miles this morning , ~1,100 feet of climbing, 13.9 mph pace

We rode the  'very loosely followed' Florence-Conway-Sunderland loop. Sima, Bill L, Tim,  Hymie and myself.  We stopped at Baker's store about 15 miles in for some delicious muffins/apple fritters, pit stop and water refill.

 Sima's electronic shifter battery was low to begin with, so she avoided changing gears very much throughout the ride.  This made for some very high cadences near the end, when her battery had essentially died--too bad we didn't video of that...!

I will out of town next Monday and so far, no one has volunteered to lead the Monday Morning C Ride for June 23-- so unless someone steps up, it'll be cancelled.
