Injured - Does anyone recommend a specific physical therapy location from past experience?

So I've sustained a mystery mechanical injury to my low back which has taken me out of riding for a while. After hearing some horror stories about a couple physical therapy locations, has anyone went to a PT and would recommend them based off of a good result?

I find Jim Lyons terrific at Synergy behind Northampton Athletic co. He can be painful but I got terrific results.

I've had more benefit from chiropractic treatment. Having said that Valley Medical Group was NO help for a more-serious-than-diagnosed intercostal injury.

I highly recommend, as a starting point, going to see Ann Vaughn. She is a local chiropractor in the Fitzwillys building. She is not the type of chiropractor that cracks bones and then put you on a machine for the rest of the time. Instead she spends a full hour hands-on doing soft tissue manipulation and diagnosing problems. She'll figure it out and point you on the right direction if she can't solve the issue.
