I'm looking for a cyclist for the North Adams pedal plod run bike race July 28th in Adams mass...4 mile run followed by a 2 loop 11 mile bike (22 ) miles total.. fun race well run, over 30 yr race... Male/female age doesn't matter...I'm 51 and usually in the top 15 runners in,,,, I'm not concerned about your time,only be at least fairly fit 413 237 8159 Mark

 I’ve done a Duathalon before and had some fun with it. It would be more fun if I had a time trial bike which I don’t have.

It's about 50 50 on bikes reg trials,, if you know anybody let me know,, done early, 8 am start done by 10,,average bike times are 55 minutes to 115 ,,,, ,,,
