Noho - Mt Greylock ⛰️ - Noho

Hi folks,

I'm planning to ride Noho - Greylock - Noho over two days (July 9-10) with an overnight at Bascom Lodge at the top of the mountain ($40 for a bunk room bed). Would anyone like to join me? There should still be beds open at the lodge that night, you'll have to call and ask.

I usually ride with the C+ group on Thursday or the Saturday C ride, and I'm planning to do the ride at that pace. I'm the woman with the big leg tattoo. 😄

I'm open to route changes and suggestions. Day two could even be extended on the fly if we are feeling fit. Day one will be a challenging ride for me, so I wouldn't want to add any additional miles or feet there, though a reroute for better scenery or roads would be cool. Start time on Saturday is also up for discussion, but no night riding ☠️⛔!

When and where are we meeting?   Who has signed up to go?

Also, you mentioned Chantal, at riding at a C+ pace.  If that means 17-18 mph with that distance and amount of climbing, I can't do it.

I would  need to go at a more leisurely pace (like C), especially with the climb at the end. would that be ok?  I don't want to hold folks back.

Hi Dave, 

I sent you some text messages this morning so check your phone. 

We are starting at 10am from the Norwottuck Rail Trail Parking lot:

446 Damon Rd., Northampton, MA 01060

We will swing by Pulaski Park on the way out of town. 

One member of the ride will only come 30-40 miles before turning back for civilization. Two of us will continue to Greylock. We aren't planning a "C+ pace", we are C+ riders just trying to make it up Greylock by dinnertime. 😅 You wont hold us back!
