I'd like to share a general invite to join another club member and I
in a relaxed 39 mile 1300 foot ride Wednesday morning.

Although initially taking Burt's Pitt Road west, this ride then turns
north through Hadeynville and up to the Mountain Street reservoir much
as the faster B ride later that morning plans to. Our intent would
similarly be to go up to Lee Road and then come back through Hatfield,
though if need be we can turn earlier.
Plan is to depart Pulaski Park at 9am, but you can also jump in at the
southwest corner by making you own way to the gas station at the
intersection of Sylvester and Ryan Roads around 9:20 if you prefer.
This is a no-drop ride in the tradition of the Monday Intro and
Tuesday C rides and will roll at a pace that works for everyone,
especially on the moderate climbs. Please bring two bottles, perhaps
an energy boost snack, and if at all possible a tube that fits your
bike.
If all goes well we might do this again next week on a different route.

I’ll meet y’all at Jim’s Convenience Store, which is the gas station to which Chris refers. It has pumps but almost never gas!
