I'll be riding the 56 miles as well, I plan to leave at 8 AM. Look for the slightly built guy in an NCC kit on an older Emonda. White hair sticking out from his helmet. Generally I'll be looking for a group traveling at my pace, sort of C level in the NCC scheme of things. Whatever works. Looks like a great day for it. Having had recent eye surgery, it seemed personally like an excellent cause.

Please see this post on the NCC website.  Various groups of NCC members are planning on a 9AM start. But certainly if anyone wants to leave earlier, feel free to.  The groups will be all levels of riders. I suggest having conversations at the start to find fellow members you may know, and perhaps breaking up into the usual A/B/C paces as we roll out or a few miles into the route.
