The NCC has purchased the following equipment for free club member usage.

(2) New Hed Lenticular 700c disc rear wheels, clincher style, Shimano
compatiable. Note: The wheels come set up with tubes and tires.

(2) sets of clip-on aero bars which will fit oversize handle bars.

The club equipment will be housed and maintained by Northampton Bicycle as a free
service to the club.

Club members are allowed free usage of this equipment, as per the
procedure below. Renters are liable for damage to or loss of equipment.

To make the rental process manageable for Northampton Bicycle, please follow the
rental procedure below.

NCC Free Equipment Rental Procedure.

1. Before attempting to rent, please check the discussion forum to see if
equipment is in or out. If you plan to reserve, please indicate on
discussion forum.

2. Rental is free to club members in good standing, and is for club
members only. Be prepared to show your membership card and a major credit
card when you pick up.

3. Members sign out the equipment with a credit card deposit to cover loss
or damage, a contact phone number, and by signing a waiver.

4. Members are responsible to pay Northampton Bicycle for any set up charges for
things like changing cassettes, etc.

5. Rental is on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Rental is for a week (Monday to Monday, 5:30 pm).

7. Members who are using the equipment for training, would be encouraged,
but not obligated, to give priority to someone who needs it for an event.

8. After one week, rental must be returned, or renewed, provided no one is
waiting.

9. Members are responsible to get the equipment back to Northampton Bicycle so
Northampton Bicycle can remove the deposit, and verify the equipment is in good
working order. If a club member lends the equipment to another member, or
non-member, and the equipment is subsequently returned damaged, the
original rentor shall be held liable for any damage.
