Host Housing for Racers / NohoCX - Nov 1&2

Good morning NCC,

Northampton Cyclocross is next weekend, Nov 1 & 2, and we need host housing for racers coming in from out of town. Do you have a spare room or pull out? 

The racer may arrive a day or two prior and some will race one or both days, possibly staying until Monday. The racers really just expect a place to sleep and access to a bathroom/shower - there's no commitment to feed or entertain.

Are they used to paying the hosts to stay? Do they expect the host to feed them? Is there insurance from the club for anything that might happen while they are at someone’s house?

I have some room depending on the answers to my questions. I am a club member

Hi Ron, 

Answers to all questions is no; this is not a stay the racer is expected to pay for, no insurance coverage from the club that would cover incidents, and no expectations from the host to feed them.
