Valley cyclists,
MassBike PV is happy to be offering TS101 (Traffic Skills 101), a class designed to get riders comfortable and confident riding on the streets and with traffic. It will be taught by two League of American Bicyclists certified instructors. Details:
While many of you are probably confident cyclists already, it never hurts to brush up on your skills! In addition, we will be offering a follow-up class this fall that will give participants League instructor certification. Our goal is to provide more of these classes in the area, and getting more riders certified as instructors to do so is the first step. TS101 is a prerequisite for that class though, so you'd need to take it beforehand.
- Where: Open Square, 4 Open Square Way, Holyoke, MA
- When: Friday, July 21st, 6-9pm (pizza provided) for an indoor session and Saturday, July 22nd, 9am-12pm (coffee and bagels provided) for an outdoor session on the bike and a written test. Participants MUST take both days to participate.
