Looking for tandem stoker

I'm looking for people who are interested in tandem riding. I'm especially interested in riding with people who are visually impaired or have another disability that makes it hard or impossible for them to cycle on their own. I am, of course, open to riding with anyone who wants to ride a bicycle built for two.

I have a very nice Co-motion Periscope. The stoker position can be adjusted to virtually any size rider. I'm an avid cyclist – although I hasten to add that I am not up to the level of most NCC members. No 50-mile rides with 1,500 feet of elevation gain for me!

I have a tandem rack on my car and can travel anywhere within a reasonable distance to pick up my stoker.
