This Sunday we start at 9AM at the Damon Rd Bike Path. There is public parking available and the bike path is readily available for folks biking to the start from either side of the river.  I'm always interested in Co leaders and Sweeps.

This is a no drop C ride with a flat pace of 17-19mph. The idea is a fun, safe group ride where we all leave and return together. Descriptions, terrain and length should help in your ride choice. We will always encourage individuals to push a bit farther in a group than they would alone AND we encourage you to try to assess if your abilities fall reasonably within the description.

This weeks route has climbing sections, none that are super steep, and we are then rewarded with a super long fun and fast descent on Farley. We have familiar flat sections for the way home and we will try to manage a nice steady pace line.

Sadly there are no delicious pastry stops on this loop but we might be able to get free water at Lake Wyola and the Wendell General store is also an option. We will route through Millers Falls for anyone caught out on snacks or water.

Please RSVP if you can and set Community Messaging to ON if you wish to receive emails on Ride cancellations or changes. You can still turn off all the other annoying notification messages.

Load the Route. Safety increases when everyone knows where they are going:  https://ridewithgps.com/routes/50867328

If you haven't yet please join NCC on RWGPS

Remember only those who have signed the club waiver can join the ride. If you are a current member you have already signed. Club waiver link here: https://form.jotform.com/213646475508058

Hope to see lots of C riders as we work to rebuild this category on low traffic volume Sundays. Just a reminder that Flat (favorable conditions) C pace is 17-19mph. Those comfortable only riding 12-16 mph are better suited for other rides as the regroup gaps become a bit too unmanageable.
