NYD Ride Cancelled

Sorry, but there's not really any scenario where I think doing this ride with icy streets, frigid temperatures, intense winds and possible snow cover is a sane choice. Plus, everyone who weighed in from my post earlier this afternoon agreed that cancelling was the right decision.

The New Years Day ride for 2026 is cancelled. So sorry.

Your a cross rider just get the police to put up barriers every mile and the public works department to put in some sand pits and you’ll be fine.

Thanks David, this was the right call, especially with the threat of more snow tonight into tomorrow.
