No glitch. There is indeed a Monday morning C ride. You can check the routes at the ridewithgps link provided in the calendar, and ride reports after the rides on the news section of the NCC website.

Oh, wait! Do you mean the Monday ride that seems to be repeating from Tuesday the 19th until Sunday the 24? That _seems_ to be a glitch. It doesn't have an organizer listed, so I'm not sure who to ask about it. But I would tag it as "maybe a glitch" for now.
