Garde Manger Buffet - tickets still available

GLCI still has tickets available for our Garde Manger Buffet. That's pronounced "gard mah-zhay"

Kick off the holiday season by enjoying a grazing menu curated by students in the Garde Manger classes. Featured menu items showcase sausage making, fermenting, smoking, and curing, pâtés and terrines, along with cheeses and pickled vegetables.

The evening begins at 5:30 pm. on Friday, Dec. 5, in Lobdell's. Tickets are $85 per person and include 2 cocktails/beverages.
