The GLCI Marketplace will be selling fresh rye bread at the Hawk Owl Cafe today after 12 PM. What will be available is:

Rustic Rye Loaf

Light Rye Round

Onion Rye Hamburger Buns

Get your bread while it lasts and thank you for your support. Also there are only 7 tickets left to the Garde Manger Reception (think charcuterie). 

GARDE MANGER RECEPTION

Kick off the holiday season by enjoying a grazing menu curated by students in the Garde Manger class. Featured menu items showcase sausage making, fermenting, smoking and curing, pâtés and terrines, along with cheeses and pickled vegetables. This is an event you will NOT want to miss!

Date: Friday, December 8, 2023; 6 p.m.

Cost: $85.00 per person. Includes two cocktails/beverages. Tax and gratuity not included.
