Bring home bread for the holidays!

GLCI will be selling all types of student made artisan breads (rolls, loaves, flatbreads, sourdough, etc.) next week for Thanksgiving. Sales will be on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday both at Great Lakes Campus on the second floor at GLCI and at the GLCI Marketplace located in the Hawk Owl Cafe. All breads store nicely in the freezer (if you are purchasing early in week) and reheat nicely on the BIG DAY! Watch your email for when sales open each day.
