Reminder to File 2019 ANCHOR Benefit by December 30, 2022 The Division of Taxation sent you an email earlier this month reminding you to file your ANCHOR Benefit application. The ANCHOR program replaces the Homestead Benefit program. If you owned and occupied a principal residence or rented a rental unit in New Jersey on October 1, 2019, you may be eligible for a benefit payment. The deadline to file your application is December 30, 2022. You can get your Identification Number and PIN to file your application online through our secure website.
