Roles &Responsibilities**
1. Analyze business requirements, build data warehouse and provide support for business departments
2. Participate in data source analysis and complete data docking between big data platform and business systems
3. Complete data warehouse design and ETL development based on the big data technology platform
4. Research related technologies, optimize the Big data development process and plan the application of the big data platform
5. Team building and management
Required Qualifications**
· More than 5 years of database-related work experience, experience in Internet, e-commerce industry database construction
· Proficient in hive SQL writing and optimization, familiar with common ETL tools, at least familiar with one of the following languages: Java, Python, shell, or other
· Proficient in data warehouse model design under the background of big data, proficient in OLAP dimension modeling design method
· Experience in data platform (data development, governance, assets, etc.)
· Strong communication and leadership skills with a sense of responsibility, team spirit; experience in strong leadership and team management
· Real-time data development experience in spark streaming, Flink, etc.
· Knowledge of statistical mathematics, experience in massive data processing, data analysis, and mining is preferred

2.Head Of Operations and Maintenance (Website)
Roles &Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for the planning, design, optimization, and evolution of operation and maintenance technology architecture
2. Promote the overall construction of operation and maintenance platform and comprehensively improve the efficiency of production and research through empowerment
3. In depth design and implementation of business systems, lead the reliability, operation and maintenance and capacity planning of system architecture; Continuously optimize service architecture and cluster performance
4. Explore and research new operation and maintenance technologies, provide direction and promote the application of suitable technology in production
5. Responsible for the development of operation and maintenance resource utilization plan while managing use of resources and effective cost control
Required Qualifications**
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of operation and maintenance experience in the Internet industry, with large-scale, high availability cluster operation and maintenance planning design and implementation experience
2. Have the ability to analyze and improve upon the architecture of large-scale application system and identify system bottlenecks
3. In-depth understanding of Linux operating system and architecture, proficient in TCP / IP protocol stack, familiar with the operation, maintenance management of Ali-cloud / AWS / Tencent cloud / Huawei cloud and other cloud platforms
4. Familiar with the design and application of distributed systems. Familiar with distributed, microservice, cache, message queue, and other mechanisms

1. Lead team in the application research, design, implementation, and optimization of e-commerce search and recommendation algorithms, complete business requirements, and implement application algorithms
2. Lead team to search and recommend effect evaluations, and continuous iterative optimization scenarios; the business data analysis
3. Explore cutting-edge algorithms, continuously evolve technologies, and explore and verify suitable algorithms and strategies for different business scenarios

Required Qualifications**
· Bachelor degree or above in computer, mathematics, or related major;
· At least 5 years experience in search recommendation algorithm development;
· Familiar with common AI algorithms, rich practical experience and research in machine learning, deep learning, search recommendation, NLP natural language processing, and other fields;
· Logical thinker with the ability to find critical data and business specifications, able to recognize valuable patterns features from massive data;

4.Head Of Cyber Security
Roles &Responsibilities**
1. Knowledgeable in application of domestic and international laws, regulations, and industry standards, and experienced in data security and privacy protection
2. Identify global business compliance risks and minimize the risk of downtime
3. Develop and implement data security and privacy protection compliance technologies and management systems, including risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and business improvement
4. Promote the development and implementation of information security and privacy protection tools/processes
5. Establish a good communication and coordination plan, providing information security and privacy compliance consulting for business and technical departments; supporting various data and privacy-related reviews and certifications
6. Formulate, maintain, and optimize information security and privacy protection guidelines, policies, systems, and procedures
7. Participate in and assisting in handling company information security and privacy compliance-related work matters
Required Qualifications**
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required
· 10 or more years of progressive experience in a leadership role
· A graduate degree is desirable, but not required
· Experience with IT security compliance, specifically NIST
· Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Dynamics, Servers, and Cloud-based Servers

5.Head Of Operations and Maintenance (Database)
Roles &Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for the management and maintenance of MySQL database, including the construction and deployment of MySQL database, data migration, online change, etc.
2. Responsible for the security management of MySQL database, ensuring the security of MySQL database and the protection of sensitive data
3. Responsible for MySQL database performance monitoring and optimization, fault handling, and disaster recovery
4. Responsible for slow query optimization of MySQL database, formulating specifications, and training for R & D
5. Improve the current MySQL database operation and maintenance system to provide high availability and high-performance MySQL database system services for business
Required Qualifications**
1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Computer Science, with more than 5 years of professional DBA experience
2. Mastery of Operation and architecture of MySQL database; having excellent abilities with MySQL database architecture;
3. Mastery with MySQL database performance tuning, monitoring, backup, exception handling, and fault recovery
4. Mastery with principles of MySQL replication and high availability, and be familiar with common high availability architectures
5. Familiar with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis, experience with maintenance is preferred
6. Proficient in using Python and shell development tool scripts. Experience in automatic operation and maintenance development is preferred
7. Maintenance of business system or e-commerce system with a large amount of data and high access is preferred
8. Experience in debugging MySQL source code is preferred
