Preparing initial VC to explore SIGs creation

I would like to propose a meeting for next week (Oct 30/31 2019) optional of course, 30-45 mins to sync across a VC and explore the initial SIG's proposals. Alternatively could be early November.

Initiatives to explore:

TF University-Academy | SIG Proposal
