NEW DEADLINE TONIGHT: NYRC AGM Nominations and Voter Registration

Hi all,

We urgently need nominations for Club Secretary and VP of the High School Program, and registration has been reopened until 11:59 PM ET tonight, December 8th, to give everyone a final chance to step up. These are both incredible opportunities to get involved in the leadership and direction of the Club, so if you’ve ever considered contributing beyond the pitch, now is the time. All current members and alumni are encouraged to get involved, as your experience and perspective are invaluable to the strength of our community.

If you’re interested or have questions about either role, please reach out to me (secr...@newyorkrugby.com) or Jesse (je...@newyorkrugby.com) as soon as possible. All candidate statements must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET tonight, no exceptions, or you will not be eligible to run.

Additionally, all players who have paid dues for any side during the 2025 calendar year are eligible to register to vote, either in person or by proxy. A proxy means designating another eligible voter to cast your vote on your behalf if you cannot attend in person, so even if you cannot attend it is strongly recommended that you register and select a proxy.
