Hi,

thanks for sharing the document which gives us the possibility to gain an impression of how Nephio would support lifecycle management of a specific network solution.

It might be eneficial to set the scene for the "Nephio v1 User Stories and scope" document by linking it to the principles and requirements via a customer journey (here the customer being a CSP).

I have tried to achieve this by putting the user stories into a general context which ensures that the results of the Nephio project can be applied to different scenarios where other network functions and combinations of network functions might need to be considered.

The basic idea is to:
a) start with the basic principles which the Nephio project intends to establish,
b) describe how these principles would be reflected in a customer journey,
c) derive from the principles and the customer journey the specific requirements and
d) demonstrate the capabilities and advantages of Nephio with the help of a user story which makes use of a specific network function e.g. a 5G Core standalone

These ideas have been captured in the Nephio Principles document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xvuQTAO0n4ggvOaX6s8Y4vxqp_2h8xjB_JJetjlikN0/edit

Any feedback is highly welcome.

BR Bernard
