Does every organization need one? 

In this session we're going to discuss reasons for having a strategic plan, different types of plans for different reasons, and different ways to make a plan depending on your needs. And we're going to discuss the basic steps for making a plan no matter the scale or purpose. I have helped many groups make strategic plans and I want to share the basics of what I've learned. And I’m going to ask you to share YOUR experiences. It’s a TALK Show. We’re going to talk and listen and learn from each other. And after the session I will provide each participant with Highlight Notes from what we discussed, including links to resources.
