Dear Colleague,

Please consider participating in research exploring the relationship between burnout for library workers and mental health practices. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes. There is a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card. This research project has received IRB approval by the University of Northern Colorado Office of Research and Sponsored Projects. The survey will close on January 4, 2026.

We are also looking for participants to participate in follow-up interviews to gather more in-depth information about how mental health practices influence experiences of burnout. You can sign up for an interview at the end of the survey.

For more information, please contact Jayne Blodgett, Associate Professor, University of Northern Colorado. Thank you for your time!
