Date change for Promoter's Summit

Hi everyone.  Just to let you all know that we are going to have to push back the scheduled Promoters Meeting a couple of weeks:  We were trying to get this done quickly this coming weekend but multiple circumstances have caused this to become next to impossible; so we are now targeting the weekend of the 2/28-3/1.  

We will be sending out another poll to get folks' preferences on dates and times.
