Hello everyone, this is Meg Conlan with my first email of many this year.

As I start my new position with NEBRA, I would like to "Thank" the board for giving me this opportunity.

I especially would like to thank Shaun and Alissa Weigand for the past 6 years of filling this position and assigning the very needed New England officials to the races from the very cold March races, the hot summer, to the wonderful fall season with all the various cyclocross weather.

Thank you for training me all these months and convincing me to become an official again.  Have fun with all the time you will have on your hands.

I look forward to seeing everyone at the races!

Please go online and look at some of the races entered so far.

Seeing your name brought back for me so many memories of races/riders/officials that I came to know. Often driving home from a race I found myself thinking about the amazing bike riding skill and maneuver I had been privilege to see that day. 

I am very positive that you will do a fantastic job for NE cycling.

Hi, Everyone!

I have my Baufeng radio that I acquired from Liz Campbell's motoref group. It's powerful, compact and programed for all the major New England events, and has a clip on mic repeater, remote antenna and earpiece. I haven't been up north for a few years, and I'm offering the radio to the first person who wants to pay for the shipping.

I also have an antique schoolyard bell. It's the real deal and works great for the 'one to go' (perhaps too well when I rang it for the wrong field at the Ken Harrod race in Harvard one year...) Same deal. You only pay shipping.

I am amazed at how quickly the NEBRA officials responded! Actually, not, that’s why we’re the best in the country!

The radio and bell were snatched up quicker than a baitfish in a school of hungry bluefish.
