HI Meg,

Lee Jarm here. I have to renew my license, but I am one of the folks involved with NE Devo and am also an official. I plan on being available to officiate the Wells Ave races.

Unless USAC changed the regs, Devo members can not be the CR of Devo events.

It is allowed when there are no other reasonable options and it is for a Training Series, as this qualifies. Has been running this way since last year.

Thanks for the clarification and, yes that makes it so Lee would not be able to be CR , but could fill other positions that would now be needed as a full crit. 
Once that gets worked out, I’m sure Meg will adjust requests for the full needs. Please reach to her directly when you have info confirmed.

I’m working with NE Devo to file, but as a heads up the 3/30 race will not be a training series race, but a full USAC Crit day. Just that date

Wells Ave has been officiated by their member officials for decades, though under the old club…

To be clear, I, myself, am not a Devo member, I volunteer to support the team as my son is a junior. 
Not sure how that matters or affects things.
