Promoters Meeting for 2026 Schedule & Other Topics

Hi everyone.  Based on the responses that we have received, we will be scheduling a Zoom call next Thursday, October 16th, from 7-9pm, to go over the '26 road schedule and some other topics TBD.  The Zoom link will come out with the agenda early next week.  

Most importantly, we have setup a Google Form for all of you to input your events that you plan on having in 2026:  The form is here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSepqDfYCqosSlcncc3ZXCWMvwLFWZJj_DbtjKnkX6dbm9R7_w/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=116750513531083098209.  The access should be correct; but if like before you run into sharing issues just use the request function and I'll grant it asap.  Please fill in your events so we can get the schedule moving forward to completion.  A reminder that this is not limited to sanctioned road racing here; if you have a MTB race or the various training races that are not sanctioned, we accept that for the calendar.

One suggestion for the calendar - I think it would be very helpful to list series events on each date they occur. 

For instance when Wells Ave was listed as 8/3-8/24 on the 8/3 line, someone thinking they might do an event on say 8/17 doesn't necessarily check back to 8/3 and then to the math to see that that listed includes 8/24.

I will move Wells to accommodate "real" races, or not put it on a date that already has a race. But if promoters saw Wells listed maybe they would reach out to me earlier which could eliminate the permit modifications I end up having to do w/ USAC, CIty of Newton, Bikereg...

We have the option to list a certain race by each date; especially ones that don't necessarily follow the standard series once a week format.  So we can do that here.
