ETDs by multiple authors with different graduation dates

We've had ETDs written by multiple authors, but they've always had the same graduation date (which we list under the authors). We'll be having some ETDs by multiple authors where the graduation dates are different. This is what the bottom of our template looks like. There's only 3 lines available before it goes to the next page, so there isn't much room. I'm also wondering what if there is ever 3 authors with different graduation dates, but that's probably rare.
