AI tools for ETD format review

Hi all,

We spends a lot of time with ETD format review, following our formatting requirements, such as margins, numbering, etc. We were just curious if there is a software package that uses machine learning (or whatever AI) that can do such type format review. Or, has your institution considered developing something for that in house?
