USETDA Conferences are an excellent educational opportunity for ETD professionals from graduate schools, libraries, academic computing and others who work with ETDs, graduate students and scholarly communications.

Registration is now open for the USETDA 2015 Conference. The Early-bird member rate is only $169 (through July 31) and the hotel conference rate is $129 per night. Complete registration information is available online.

This year’s program includes keynote speaker Dr. Lorraine Haricombe, (University of Texas Libraries). Dr. Haricombe will speak about the importance of open access in scholarly communications.

The full program includes 4 conference workshops, over 20 breakout presentations, user group meetings, a poster presentation session, a technology vendor fair as well as a variety of networking opportunities. You can view the Conference program overview online.

Following the conference you can enjoy the Austin City Limits Music Festival (Oct. 2-4) and experience the many sides of Austin.
