If a students is doing a master’s degree and a Ph.D. degree on the same or similar topics, do you allow published papers that were used for the Master’s degree to be used in the dissertation for the PH.D. degree?

Hi Judy,
The student may reference and quote from the master’s work and/or the papers derived from it, but the dissertation must consist of completely new work.
