Please encourage all of your club members to attend. Thanks!Violence & Discrimination Prevention Training for Grads
Friday, September 13, 5:00-9:00 p.m., 210 Duncan Student CenterResearch has shown that having engaged and active bystanders is among the best ways to prevent violence and discrimination in a community. Grad Life has worked with the Gender Relations Center and greeNDot to create a bystander training curriculum specifically for graduate and professional students at Notre Dame. The tools you learn in this interactive session prepare you to identify concerning behaviors, examine the barriers we all have to taking action, and learn effective ways to get around those barriers to take safe and appropriate action in almost any situation of potential violence or discrimination.Dinner from Noodle Alley will be served, and will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.Grace & Peace,
Mimi BeckProgram Director, Graduate Student LifeUniversity of Notre DameW206B Duncan Student CenterDid you know? Graduate and Professional Students constitute nearly one third of the Notre Dame student body.
