SPI@ND: Science Communication Class for Scientists 

Misunderstandings and misconceptions are not solved with more information. How can we as scientists effectively communicate our research to a broad audience? Join the Science Policy Initiative on Saturday, September 21th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Duncan Student Center room 210 for a fun and interactive science communication class led by Notre Dame professor Dr. Cara Ocobock from the Department of Anthropology. Designed to provide you with foundational skills to become a more effective science communicator, this workshop is offered FREE for all interested graduate students and postdocs at Notre Dame. To register for the workshop, please click here. Spots will be available on a first come first served basis, so be sure to register ahead of time! Lunch provided.
